Built for clients with intermediate gym experience. This 10 weeks training program have 3 workouts per week. It places special emphasis on getting stronger. To be able to finish out the program in its entirety, it would be useful to have a commercial or university gym membership because the program includes certain exercises that are done on a machine.
This bodybuilding training program is made for anyone who wants to become stronger and to gain muscle mass. You need to be ready to spend around 1h at the gym. The split proposed during a session is based on the push-pull-legs split.
Day 1: Legs
Day 2: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Day 3: Back, biceps
