Built for clients with intermediate gym experience. This training program is done over 4 days. To be able to finish out the program in its entirety, it would be useful to have a commercial or university gym membership because the program includes certain exercises that are done on a machine.
This bodybuilding training program is made for anyone who wants to gain muscle mass and who is ready to spend around 1h15 at the gym. The split proposed during a session is based on the double station technique, also called agonist/antagonist.
The advantages of this split is that it can save you time if you work the antagonist immediately after the agonist, so the break time is done during the series of the antagonist. The 2nd advantage of working as an agonist/antagonist is that it allows you to never create an imbalance between your muscles.
Day 1: chest, back
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: arms
Day 4: shoulders, abs
