Built for clients with intermediate or advanced gym experience. This training program is done over 6 days. To be able to finish out the program in its entirety, it would be useful to have a commercial or university gym membership because the program includes certain exercises that are done on a machine.
This hypertrophy training program is made for anyone who wants to gain muscle mass and who is ready to spend around 1h at the gym. The split proposed during a session is based on the synergistic muscles contracted during a pull/push style movement.
Day 1: Back, biceps
Day 2: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Back, biceps
Day 5: Chest, shoulders, triceps
Day 6: Legs, abs
